Rental and Purchase Agreement

If you purchased Fly Swatter Training and would like to use your Fly Swatter Training as a rental. Fly Swatter Training, LLC requires a completed a partnership agreement.

If you rent Fly Swatter Training, the technology must only operate at the location submitted in the Rental Request.

If Fly Swatter Training is lost or stolen during rental period. The person or entity that purchased the rental will be responsible for replacing any missing or stolen item.

If Fly Swatter Training is damaged/disassembled during rental period. Please contact Fly Swatter Training for assistance. The rental period fee will not be reimbursed.

Please return any damaged items at the end of rental period.

Please stay within the select group size. If your group exceeds initial request, the applicable rental fee described will apply.
